Dr. Tamim Al-Fayed Appointed as a Member of the National Committee for Applications and E-Commerce

The Federation of Saudi Chambers of Commerce has issued a decision appointing Dr. Tamim Al-Fayed as a member of the National Committee for Applications and E-Commerce , as part of its efforts to strengthen the digital economy ecosystem and support the development of the applications and e-commerce sector in the Kingdom.

This appointment reflects Dr. Al-Fayed’s extensive professional and advisory experience in digital transformation, platform architecture, product development, and business automation , as well as his active contributions to advancing digital initiatives and innovation within organizations.

The National Committee for Applications and E-Commerce is one of the specialized committees working to assess sector challenges and opportunities, propose supportive policies and initiatives, and foster growth in the applications and e-commerce landscape, in alignment with the objectives of Saudi Vision 2030 .

Through this role, Dr. Al-Fayed is expected to contribute to enhancing the regulatory and legislative environment, strengthening public-private collaboration, and accelerating digital transformation across the Kingdom.
