About the Project

A specialized 5-day training program delivered in Riyadh to employees of the Ministry of Health , focusing on the Government Tenders and Procurement System and its practical application in daily operations.

The program was officially accredited by the Technical and Vocational Training Corporation (TVTC) and conducted under the supervision of Al-Khabeer Al-Idari Training Center.

My Role in This Project

1) Program Development & Structure

• Designed a comprehensive curriculum covering:

  • Principles of government procurement

  • Regulations of the Tenders & Procurement Law

  • Bid evaluation and awarding mechanisms

  • Contract management and compliance requirements

  • Practical case studies from public-sector projects

• Ensured the content met regulatory standards and ministry requirements.

2) Training Delivery

• Delivered the full 5-day program through lectures, discussions, group activities, and real procurement scenarios.

• Provided attendees with practical tools they can apply directly in their procurement operations.

3) Enhancing Participant Capability

• Improved participants’ understanding of legal frameworks, compliance, and best practices.

• Empowered employees to manage procurement activities more efficiently and avoid common regulatory pitfalls.

4) Accreditation & Delivery Supervision

• Ensured the program fully complied with TVTC accreditation guidelines.

• Coordinated with Al-Khabeer Al-Idari Training Center to manage certification and quality assurance.
