About the Project

A 5-day executive training program delivered in Riyadh for employees of the Ministry of Finance , focusing on Institutional Development , organizational performance improvement, and building sustainable administrative capabilities.

The program was accredited by the Technical and Vocational Training Corporation (TVTC) and conducted under the supervision of Kafadat Training Center .

My Role in This Project

1) Program Development & Content Design

• Designed a complete training curriculum covering:

  • Principles of institutional development

  • Organizational structure optimization

  • Performance management systems

  • Change management strategies

  • Governance and operational excellence models

• Ensured content aligned with public-sector standards and Ministry of Finance objectives.

2) Training Delivery

• Delivered the full 5-day program through interactive workshops, group activities, and real case studies.

• Enhanced participant engagement through practical tools and exercises tailored to government environments.

3) Organizational Capability Building

• Strengthened participants’ ability to improve efficiency, redesign workflows, and drive sustainable development in their departments.

• Provided actionable frameworks participants can implement immediately in their roles.

4) Accreditation & Quality Oversight

• Ensured the program met TVTC accreditation requirements.

• Worked with Kafadat Training Center to supervise delivery, certification, and program quality.
