My role included building the full product vision, designing workflows, developing the roadmap, and shaping the mobile experience for technicians and supervisors.

 

About the Project

E-Track is an enterprise platform designed to manage daily operations, maintenance activities, technical teams, safety inspections, and facility services across multiple sites.

It enables organizations to track tasks in real time, monitor workforce performance, ensure safety compliance, automate reporting, and streamline communication between supervisors, technicians, and management.

The platform supports sectors such as:

  • Operations & Maintenance (O&M)

  • Technical teams (electricians, plumbers, HVAC, etc.)

  • Cleaning and housekeeping staff

  • Safety and inspection units

  • Field service teams

E-Track was built to replace fragmented manual processes with a unified, intelligent, and fully digital workflow.

 

My Role in This Project

1) Product Vision & Architecture
  • Built the full conceptual and functional architecture of E-Track.

  • Translated operational challenges into clear workflows suitable for technicians, supervisors, and managers.

  • Designed modules for work orders, site visits, safety inspections, shift management, and real-time tracking.

2) Workflow & Process Re-Engineering
  • Digitized daily O&M tasks such as:

    site inspections, maintenance requests, service logs, and corrective actions.

  • Ensured the system supports technicians of different levels and specializations.

  • Automated task assignment, escalation, and reporting loops.

3) Mobile App Experience Design

  • Designed intuitive user journeys for technicians to receive tasks, update statuses, upload photos, and complete checklists.

  • Ensured offline capability and ease of use in field conditions.

4) Feature Prioritization & Roadmap Development
  • Identified critical features for the MVP and staged rollout.

  • Created the roadmap for advanced modules like predictive maintenance and AI-driven task recommendations.

5) Client Workshops & Requirements Analysis
  • Conducted workshops with O&M teams, facility managers, and supervisors.

  • Analyzed the detailed daily operations to ensure the platform reflects real field needs.

6) Oversight, Testing & Delivery
  • Collaborated with developers during system implementation.

  • Reviewed functionality, validated workflows, and ensured quality of the final product.
