About the Project

A 5-day executive training program delivered in Riyadh for employees of Elm Company , focusing on strategic operations planning, performance improvement, and organizational excellence.

The program was officially accredited by the Technical and Vocational Training Corporation (TVTC) and executed under the supervision of Kafa’at Training Center .

My Role in This Project

1) Program Design & Content Development

• Designed a comprehensive curriculum covering:

  • Strategic planning frameworks

  • Operational excellence models

  • KPI design and performance measurement

  • Process mapping and improvement

  • Decision-making tools for modern operations

• Ensured the material was tailored to Elm’s operational environment and business needs.

2) Training Delivery

• Delivered the full 5-day program through interactive workshops, case studies, and real-world examples.

• Engaged participants in hands-on exercises to apply strategic planning techniques to their daily operations.

3) Capability Enhancement

• Strengthened participants’ skills in analyzing workflows, reducing bottlenecks, and connecting operational goals to organizational strategy.

• Supported attendees in developing actionable strategic plans aligned with Elm’s objectives.

4) Accreditation & Quality Assurance

• Ensured the program met TVTC requirements for accredited executive training.

• Worked with Kafa’at Training Center to supervise registration, certification, and training standards.
