My role included building the full product vision, designing workflows, developing the roadmap, and shaping the mobile experience for technicians and supervisors.
E-Track is an enterprise platform designed to manage daily operations, maintenance activities, technical teams, safety inspections, and facility services across multiple sites.
It enables organizations to track tasks in real time, monitor workforce performance, ensure safety compliance, automate reporting, and streamline communication between supervisors, technicians, and management.
