Takid is a comprehensive SaaS platform designed to manage security workforce operations for government and private entities.

It enables organizations to monitor guards in real time, automate attendance verification, manage contracts, track site compliance, and streamline daily operational processes.

The platform is built to enhance transparency, improve efficiency, and ensure compliance with security standards across multiple locations.

My Role in This Project

As the Business Development Consultant and Product Architect behind Takid, I contributed to the platform’s growth and development through:

1) Product Vision & Architecture

• Designing the full product vision, workflows, and user journeys.

• Structuring the platform modules and operational logic.

• Creating the roadmap and defining the technical and functional priorities.

2) Operational Process Design

• Mapping real-world security operations into a digital, automated system.

• Ensuring smooth coordination between security companies, guards, and clients.

3) Feature Development & Enhancements

• Leading the design of major features including:

  attendance verification, tracking, reporting, company management, and site compliance.

• Improving platform usability and overall user experience.

4) Client Relationship & Solution Consulting

• Working directly with government and private clients to understand needs and challenges.

• Providing tailored solutions and ensuring successful onboarding and adoption.

5) Expansion & Strategic Development

• Supporting the scaling of Takid across multiple sectors.
