About the Project

Dallah Healthcare required a centralized digital platform to manage all employee training operations across the organization.

The solution included a comprehensive Training Management System (TMS) for administrators and a dedicated mobile application for employees to access, complete, and track their training programs seamlessly.

The platform streamlined internal training workflows, ensured compliance with learning requirements, and improved employee engagement with development initiatives.

My Role in This Project

1) Solution Design & Architecture

• Designed the full architecture of the Training Management Platform.

• Translated Dallah’s operational requirements into structured digital workflows.

• Defined system modules including training catalog, employee progress tracking, notifications, and reporting dashboards.

2) Mobile App Experience & User Journeys

• Designed employee journeys for viewing, enrolling in, and completing training courses.

• Ensured the app is simple, intuitive, and aligned with Dallah’s internal learning processes.

3) Process Optimization & Automation

• Digitized manual training workflows and automated reminders, progress tracking, and reporting.

• Reduced time spent on administrative tasks and improved accuracy of training compliance data.

4) Client Communication & Requirements Gathering

• Worked directly with Dallah’s training department to understand goals, pain points, and operational challenges.

• Provided strategic recommendations to enhance training effectiveness and platform adoption.

5) Project Oversight & Delivery

• Supervised development teams to ensure the product was delivered according to specifications.

• Validated features, ensured quality, and supported deployment and launch.
